This visa enables those who have some experience in their field but want to enhance their skills through on-the-job training with an Australian employer. The visa provides a structured workplace training program specifically tailored to your training needs. Can apply for up to 2 years.
Three-step process:
Step 1: Sponsorship application (must be a lawfull, active, operating business and meet local labour and employment practices).
Step 2: Nomination application – position to be filled, salary details, and detailed training plan
Step 3: Visa application by the nominated employee. The visa applicant must demonstrate that they meet the skills required for their occupation as well as health and character requirements.
Training Plan
We specialise in creating fully customised training plans to the application contexts – employer, internal structures, nominee training needs, nominee training context, individual training modules, assessment modes, criteria and trainer/supervisor assessment templates.
