Mr Khalid Siddiqi is a dedicated immigration lawyer, admitted as a lawyer of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in October 2023. Mr Siddiqi completed his double degree at Western Sydney University, earning a Bachelor of Criminology and Law and a Bachelor of Business and Commerce, with a major in Human Resources.
Mr Siddiqi has a solid background in family and criminal law. With extensive experience handling complex and emotionally sensitive legal matters. Mr Siddiqi brings a well-rounded and strategic approach to every immigration case. This multidisciplinary foundation allows Mr Siddiqi to effectively navigate cases where immigration issues intersect with family dynamics, criminal charges, or matters of admissibility.
