This visa enables those who have some experience in their field but want to enhance their skills through on-the-job training with an Australian employer. The visa provides a structured workplace training program specifically tailored to your training needs. Can apply for up to 2 years.<\/p>

Three-step process:<\/h4>

Step 1<\/strong>:\u00a0 Sponsorship application (must be a lawfull, active, operating business and meet local labour and employment practices).<\/p>

Step 2<\/strong>:\u00a0 Nomination application – position to be filled, salary details, and detailed training plan<\/p>

Step 3<\/strong>: Visa application by the nominated employee. The visa applicant must demonstrate that they meet the skills required for their occupation as well as health and character requirements.<\/p>
